createScriptFromURL(url, root?): Promise<HTMLScriptElement>
Creates a HTML script element from a url.
Parameters
- url: string
  url of the script
- root: HTMLHeadElement = document.head
  root element to add the script to (default: head)
Returns Promise<HTMLScriptElement>
